A new asymmetrical horror experience, paying tribute to the past while drawing inspiration from DBD and Outcome Memories.

The Tormented have a simple gameplay loop (with a lot of depth).
They fill different roles:
- Protector (a tank character that has to protect their team)
- Survivalist (focuses on chases / more selfish playstyle)
- Support (helps their team by healing or providing other buffs)
Every Tormented has a unique moveset, abilities, and passives.
A universal mechanic is the roll/dodge, which has an 8-second cooldown. There’s also a perfect roll/dodge: if you time it against a killer’s M1 or ability, you dodge without taking damage, and the cooldown is reduced to 5 seconds.
The Tormented’s job is to complete their tasks and survive—either by the round timer reaching 0 or by escaping through an exit.
The Tormentor’s job is simple: kill everyone. What did you expect, rocket science?
Why Play Lord’s Museum of Horrors (LMOH)?
That’s a good and difficult question to answer.
Why would you play LMOH when there are already games like Dead by Daylight or Roblox experiences such as Outcome Memories, Forsaken, or Pillar Chase 2?
Honestly, I have no idea — but I truly believe that a game made out of passion will always be better than a game made purely for profit.
I’m not going to pretend my game is the best asymmetrical horror ever created (trust me, I know it’s not perfect), but I do believe that our entire team has poured their heart into this project. They deserve recognition — maybe even future opportunities in bigger studios. Lord’s Museum of Horrors was, and always will be, a passion project.
Now, about the characters — we wanted to include underrated horror icons who actually fit the gameplay well. You’ll find The Postal Dude from the first Postal game, the cast from Koishi Komeiji’s Heart-Throbbing Adventure, as well as several original creations from myself and other contributors.
This game will be non-profit and free-to-play, with everything unlockable just by playing. From milestone skins and challenge skins to Galaxy-tier skins — the rarest and most unique rewards in the game — everything can be earned through gameplay.
So, was this game made to “kill” Dead by Daylight?
Hell no.
Do I hope it won’t die within a week?
Of course — every developer hopes that.
In short, Lord’s Museum of Horrors is nothing more than a heartfelt passion project.
And I truly hope you’ll come to love it as much as I have while creating it.
Base Game Mechanics
| Mechanic | Description |
| Health (HP) | Tormented have health that determines how long they can survive. Tormentors dont have an hp bar however, there are three tormentors that have an hp bar (postal dude[redux], fleetway dl-15, jeff the killer ) |
| Abilities | Unique powers for each tormentor and tormented used to gain advantages. |
| Passives | Always-on effects or bonuses specific to each character, like faster healing or increased damage resistance. |
| Tormented Team-Ups | Special synergies that activate when certain conditions are met (e.g., two Tormented together gain a speed boost). |
| Roll | Quick dodge or movement option to avoid attacks.(only on tormented, jeff the killer and postal dude[redux] can roll) |
| Last Stand(LS) | Activates when there’s only one tormented alive in the match |
| Special Last Stand(SLS) | A last stand that activates when certian charecters conditions are meet, such as a tormentor and tormented that have connection |
| Round Over | Triggered when tormented escape or the timer gets to 0 or the tormentor eliminates all tormented. |
| Exit | The tormented main escape point opens when there are only 75 seconds left on the clock and all objectives have been completed. |
| Round Timer | A countdown that keeps matches tense and prevents stalling. The round time scales based on the size of the lobby and will automatically adjust if a player disconnects before the match. Time increases when a Tormented dies, depending on their role: Protector → +1 min 30 sec Survivalist → +40 sec Support → +2 min |
